30 Years of Timeless Training

April 30-May 1, 2024

Ann Arbor, Michigan

As Zingerman’s has grown, we’ve addressed challenges that all organizations face: maintaining a positive culture, providing consistently great customer service, creating clear expectations for staff… all while turning a profit!

This year, ZingPosium is turning our organization inside-out. Take advantage of our decades of learning and making mistakes with two days chock full of our solutions.

Explore the internal systems and practical tools we’ve developed to respond to common needs within an organization. Training methods we developed thirty years ago are still solving our problems today. And we’ve continued to innovate and evolve to meet the needs of a growing organization and modern workplace culture.

Who Will Inspire

Keynote: Paul Sagniaw

Co-Founding Partner, Zingerman's

Paul Saginaw is making a rare public speaking appearance to share the key elements to mindfully choosing the culture you want and how to sustain it over time. He'll explore ways you can identify, adapt, and strengthen your culture. Leave with cultural considerations that you hope to preserve and perpetuate and give some thought to any cultural customs you may want to shift going forward.

Keynote: Ari Weinzweig

Co-Founding Partner, Zingerman's

Building on the work from Part 1 of his Guide to Good Leading book series, Ari Weinzweig will debut further key findings about what helps great organizations function. Over four decades in business, he and Paul have found that living in harmony with certain truths makes you much more likely to thrive. These core concepts (aka “Natural Laws”) honor human nature and greatly help guide your planning and decision making. Explore his new findings and learn powerful ways to use them in your organization to become more successful and sustainable, all while creating positive lives for your employees and customers!

Amy Emberling will take the stage alongside Elnian Gilbert to demystify the structure of effective training plans and share key elements of how to design them. You will leave with some training plans drafted, as well as other tips we've learned over the years.
