What makes Zingerman's approach to giving great service unique?
We realized early in the game that in order to deliver an exceptional customer service experience, day-in and day-out, we'd need to focus on more than "just" customer service.
This workshop identifies the key elements that contribute to a culture of great service. We'll share our tools and techniques for improving customer service and provide plenty of resources to adapt in your business, including examples from Zingerman’s internal staff training.
Come to this 4-hour Workshop to:
- Be able to explain Zingerman’s approach to customer service and how it can be adapted to work in their organization.
- Use new tools and techniques, including role-plays, to help reinforce customer service improvement initiatives.
- Leave with areas of desire to focus on to improve their customer service culture.
- Meet a group of peers, creating a network that can help you get past roadblocks.
Our training facility is located HERE - in the heart of Zingerman’s Southside campus, just a scone’s throw away from Zingerman’s Bakehouse, Zingerman's Candy Manufactory, Zingerman’s Coffee Company, and Zingerman’s Creamery. We don’t actually advocate throwing scones at them, but you can stop by to pick up lunch, a cappuccino, some peanut brittle or a half pound of fresh cream cheese after the workshop!
Workshops run from 8AM - 12NOON. We'll have a light breakfast and plenty of coffee waiting for you from 7:30AM onwards.
