JUN 5 | LEADERSHIP: Exploring the 6 Key Responsibilities of an Effective Servant Leader
8:00AM - 12:00PM at ZingTrain
Serving the organization is better business!
Many leaders are promoted without formal leadership training. They either emulate leaders they admire or lead in ways that are in direct opposition to leaders they haven’t enjoyed working for in the past.
But like most skills, leadership gets easier (and we get better at it!) the more we practice!
In this workshop, we share how Zingerman's interprets, adapts and teaches the work of the modern father of Servant Leadership, Robert Greenleaf, and how we put those learnings into daily practice in our culture.
Come to this 4-hour Workshop to:
- Learn Zingerman's approach to Servant Leadership and the 6 key responsibilities of a Servant Leader.
- Practice giving and receiving effective feedback.
- Create an action plan for becoming an effective Servant Leader, including new ideas and concepts to begin incorporating in your daily work.
- Meet a group of peers, creating a network that can help you get past roadblocks.
Our training facility is located HERE - in the heart of Zingerman’s Southside campus, just a scone’s throw away from Zingerman’s Bakehouse, Zingerman's Candy Manufactory, Zingerman’s Coffee Company, and Zingerman’s Creamery. We don’t actually advocate throwing scones at them, but you can stop by to pick up lunch, a cappuccino, some peanut brittle or a half pound of fresh cream cheese after the workshop!
Workshops run from 8AM - 12NOON. We'll have a light breakfast and plenty of coffee waiting for you from 7:30AM onwards.
ZingTrain Cancellation & Refund Policy: We understand that your plans can change unexpectedly.
