The truth is, there aren't any secrets or shortcuts in making a great hire. However, we've found that having a consistent hiring process that focuses on great customer service does help us attract and retain really great staff. We’ll share our process, starting with clear job descriptions and going all the way to what happens once someone is hired to work with us.

      ZingTrain Cancellation Policy: We know things happen, and sometimes at the last minute… That’s why our refund policy has a lot of mutual trust and respect baked into the cake. If you need to modify or cancel your registration for any of ZingTrain’s in-person seminars/workshops or virtual trainings, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work something out.
