All people ache for more compassion in their lives. At the same time, many people at work are suffering or see others suffering.

Having done extensive research on compassion at work for 20 years and knowing that there is too much suffering in the workplace, Jane believes it is time to treat suffering with the power of compassion. Compassion is an undervalued, yet essential part of today’s workplace. In this session, Jane hopes to generate hope and inspiration that in fact we can awaken more compassion at work (and more generally in our lives) and that there are practical ways for doing so.

JOIN us for this presentation with Jane Dutton. In this talk, Jane will outline four steps that anyone can take to unleash compassion in their work  and she hopes to instill a new focus on aspects of organizations that enable and block compassion. She will draw on evidence from decades of research and put them to use in ways that are interactive and practical, equipping you with insights and resources to become a compassion architect in your organization.

    TICKETING TRUTHS

Success means you get better problems. Here at Speaker Series HQ we've got ourselves some. So, we put some rules in place so that our problems, better or otherwise, don't become your problems :

    • We will no longer be able to offer refunds/transfers if someone does not show up for a session they registered for. We're finally catching up with how the rest of the world does it!
    • If you let us know you cannot attend at least 24 hours in advance, we would happily (well, not happily because we'll miss you!) refund your money.
