In the Solving Organizational Problems seminar, you’ll learn a game-changing lens to approach problems in entirely new ways! Often, the source of our problems is that expectations are not clear, so rather than focusing on people doing something wrong, we’ll start by identifying why problems are happening in the first place, then dive into plenty of real-world tools for beginning to solve the problems.
