Tools for Effective Peer Feedback (ZCoB Workshop)

Every work environment thrives on feedback of different kinds, from performance feedback to customer feedback - but most of us haven’t learned HOW to give feedback productively to our peers or how to receive it in return so that we work together more effectively.

Not anymore! In this workshop, we’ll discuss what can get in the way of our willingness to give our colleagues feedback, and why we can find it hard to hear feedback in return.

You’ll have a chance to learn tips for both giving and receiving peer feedback. You will also get to practice these new tools in a safe environment where the stakes are low (and on a fictional scenario!) and get in-the-moment feedback from fellow participants.
