About The Workshop
Living Servant Leadership & Performance Management
Strong leadership and innovative management practices have been key to Zingerman’s success. In an era of increased competition and a tighter labor market, a positive company culture and identity, with an inspiring vision for the future, can have an enormous impact on customer loyalty and staff engagement.
In this session, you’ll explore Zingerman’s unique approach to leadership, rooted in Servant Leadership. Helping staff succeed is a leader's primary role, though many struggle with exactly how to do that. These principles aren’t just theory—they’re the foundation of how we run our business every day. This session will share practical, tactical tools for leaders to tackle leadership and performance problems, give future-focused feedback, and manage their teams more effectively. These tools have helped organizations of all kinds, from non-profits to healthcare providers, build stronger, more engaged teams.
