In these two highly interactive courses, we share the time-tested, customer-approved “recipes” that we use at Zingerman’s to deliver consistently great service.

Throughout both courses, learners will hear from real Zingerman’s employees from around the organization, have the chance to reflect on how to apply what they’ve learned to their own workplace, and test their customer service knowledge.  

WARNING: results may include a common language around customer service, new tools to deliver great customer service, and happier customers!

Length: self-paced; approximately 20-25 minutes per course

Deliverables for both courses: Certificate of Completion & Learning Tool for handy ongoing reference

ZingTrain Cancellation Policy: We know things happen, and sometimes at the last minute… That’s why our refund policy has a lot of mutual trust and respect baked into the cake. If you need to modify or cancel your registration for any of ZingTrain’s in-person seminars/workshops or virtual trainings, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work something out.
