Reframing Your Leadership Stories and Beliefs

Unlock your leadership potential

Transform your beliefs, transform your stories, transform your life

Explore the beliefs and inner narratives that might be unconsciously limiting your mindset or causing you to feel stuck as a leader. Learning how to recognize and reframe these stories can open up new possibilities to achieve your goals and make a more positive impact within your sphere of influence.

Over two days, Zingerman's Co-founding Partner Ari Weinzweig, alongside friend of the organization and author, Gareth Higgins, will help you identify some of the "core stories" in your organization and life. You'll have time to explore the beliefs you carry within them and practice reframing these stories to discover a more hopeful and true version of the future.

The Experts

Meet Your Instructors

Reframing Your Leadership Stories & Beliefs is a rare chance to hear Ari Weinzweig and Gareth Higgins co-teach the very work that brought them together three years ago and have formed the foundation of their life-long friendship. Ari's teachings about the power of beliefs meets Gareth's teachings about the power of story.

"The story we tell ourselves about our lives is the single most important factor in determining our happiness and the kind of life we will lead."

- Gareth Higgins

Portrait of Ari Weinzweig

Ari Weinzweig

Ari Weinzweig, Co-founding Partner of the Zingerman's Community of Businesses, is a line cook turned CEO. He shares his learnings about positive business through his prolific writing. The latest book in his ongoing Guide to Good Leading series, The Power of Beliefs in Business takes a deep dive into Ari's research and philosophy on the importance and impact of beliefs in business.

Ari regularly travels across the country and world on behalf of Zingerman’s, teaching organizations and businesses about Zingerman’s approach to business management and leadership through keynotes and private training.

Somehow, Ari also finds time to be a voracious reader. His interests span across history and subject matter. Read any of his work to engage with the voices of others that inspire his thinking, too, including Gareth Higgins.
