The truth is, there aren't any secrets or short cuts in making a great hire. However, we've found that having a consistent hiring process that focuses on great customer service does help us attract and retain really great staff. We’ll share our process, starting with clear job descriptions and going all the way to what happens once someone is hired to work with us.

    For an awesome virtual experience, please be aware that for portions of the workshop, you will be asked to be on video. Also, be sure to grab a notebook or have a notes program open on your computer to take notes, doodle, etc. Your beverage of choice and / or a snack nearby are always a good bet, too!
