An expertly-crafted collection of eight virtual workshops that explore different aspects of leadership to level-up the leader in you! Each workshop is chock-full of insights and actionable content. Designed to develop the strengths of its participants over the course of several months, with the opportunity to apply learnings between workshops.

    What to know

    • Virtual workshops will be held every other Monday from August 31 - December 7, 2026 from 1:00-3:30 PM Eastern.
    • After each workshop, the Cohort will meet from 4:00-5:00 PM (ET) for a follow-up session with ZingTrain trainer, Arianna Tellez-Leon. She will help you digest your learnings and create action plans tailored to your organization.
    • Save on the total cost of the workshops (over $250!) by purchasing the series and get all the extra benefits of a shared learning experience with other Cohort members.
    • If you can’t make it to one session, don’t fret! We’ll figure out a way to make it work.
    • Space in the Cohort is limited to create an intimate learning experience.

    ZingTrain Cancellation Policy: We know things happen, and sometimes at the last minute… That’s why our refund policy has a lot of mutual trust and respect baked into the cake. If you need to modify or cancel your registration for any of ZingTrain’s in-person seminars/workshops or virtual trainings, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work something out.
